The owners of Three Rivers Internet are offering a FREE hosting service for registered non-profit organizations called NonProfitMac.com. To sign up for this service you must agree to the following terms and conditions. By filling out and submitting this form you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

Terms and Conditions for use of the service known as NonProfitMac.com. These terms may be subject to changes at a later date.

1. NonProfitMac.com hosting service will be FREE to approved Registered Non-Profits, also referred to as members.
2. Members must be a United States Federally registered Non-Profit Organization with a Non-Profit Tax ID number.
3. Members must provide Three Rivers Internet a printed and signed Donation Letter stating that they are receiving this donation of services. A form to generate this letter is provided on the NonProfitMac.com website.
4. Only website hosting services will be provided. (No Email)
5. Service will include up to 10 megabytes of space for the member website
6. Service will include up to 500 megabytes of data transfer per month.
7. The Service will include giving Three Rivers Internet credit directly on the member's website in a form or fashion acceptable to Three Rivers Internet (and hopefully the members)
8. Members must agree to a set of rules for the service known as a user agreement (This list of rules). These will include but not be limited to the contents of the Three Rivers Internet Acceptable Use Policy available at http://www.3-rivers.com/aup.html
9. Members that fail to follow all requirements of the Terms and Conditions may have their website turned off without notice.

Be honest with your answers. All registrations must be complete to be accepted for the approval process. Approval is not guaranteed.
